World of software has earned its space in India but lost its glory sadly! Was really surprised at the rate of recruitement...in one quarter 10975 employess, calculate the amt of employees recruited on a single day!!! Well, almost most of the companies do this now and obviously it is reflected with the quality of work which most of the service companies end up doin!!! Has its own plus and minus tho!
